Ambrose Recreation & Park District, in partnership with the National Academy of Athletics, presents a 6-week youth Flag Football League for ages 7–13. Participants will develop fundamental football skills through organized practices and recreational games, with practices and games taking place on the same day each Saturday. The program emphasizes teamwork, sportsmanship, confidence, skill development, and creating a fun, positive experience for players of all ability levels.

Keep your child active and having fun during Fall Break! Ambrose Recreation & Park District is hosting a 3-day outdoor volleyball camp for youth ages 7–13. Participants will learn and develop fundamental volleyball skills including passing, serving, setting, teamwork, and game play in a fun and encouraging environment. Whether your child is new to volleyball or looking to build their skills, this camp is a great way to stay active and enjoy the sport during Fall Break!
